Girl, 8, Sings For A Cause
It’s been nine months since Camillia Stiller of Berwick died from Cystic Fibrosis. But her little cousin, Rose Ostrowski, hasn’t forgotten about her. She’s committed to finding a cure– one note at a time.
In the battle against Cystic Fibrosis, eight year old Rose Ostrowski has a weapon- her voice.
She recently recorded a single of The Beatle’s famous song Let It Be and is now selling it on iTunes, Amazon and CD Baby for ninty-nine cents. All proceeds from her sales go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in honor of Rose’s cousin, Camillia Stiller, who died last April at age 21.
“Singing, it’s all it means for me,” Rose Ostrowski tells News 13.
Since the song launched in November, they’ve made about a hundred dollars and counting.
